60 minutes? Bah! If I don’t respond within 10 minutes it’s because I’m on lunch!

What i want to know is – if 9/10 people think it’s rude to answer e-mail during a meeeting, how can 3/10 find it acceptable and a sign of diligence and effigacy? Are 2 people just really confused?
