Back in Training

 

Well, as of Feb 12, I will be back in training for work.  I’m not sure how many people I let know I was applying to a different position at the bank, but I got the job.

Currently, I’m in a sales position.  I can hit my goals, but it’s hard.  I’m definitely not a sales person.  I was approved to move to Visa Customer Service, which as you can tell from the title is more customer service oriented.  I need to still offer “Valued Added” products, but I don’t need to objection handle, which is good, since that is what I’m not good at.

It’s five weeks of training at full time hours which will be nice as well, since I’m currently part time.  I go back to part time after the training, but I hope to pick up a few extra shifts.  But if not, the guaranteed part time hours at VCS are more than what I was guaranteed at Activations and are actually pretty close to the number of hours I’ve been typically working now.
