*work to get a toy out of reach – you bet, it also helps that I can crawl now and get anywhere in the house
*look for a dropped object – yup
Will PROBABLY be able to:
*pull up to standing position from sitting - Sorta. I can pull up lying down or kneeling, but I don’t really like sitting still so I’m never really in that position to begin with.
*get into a sitting position from stomach - If I’m going to do anything, it’s stand.
*object if you try to take a toy away - yup.
*stand holding on someone or something – yup, if my parents would let me do it all day, I would.
*pick up tiny object with any part of thumb and finger – You bet. You should also ask mommy and daddy about my jelly bean incident.
*say mama or dada indescriminately – yup.
*play peekaboo – Not really,
May possibly be able to:
*play patty-cake or wave bye-bye – Yup and nope, mommy taught me to clap recently, still working on bye-bye.
*walk holding onto furniture – I cruise and cruise and cruise all day.
*understand the word no – I do, but it makes me cry when mommy or daddy tell me no.
May even be able to:
*play ball – Too busy standing, I don’t really play with my toys right now.
*drink from cup independently – I will have to ask mommy and daddy to try this with me again soon.
*stand alone momentarily – it’s for a second and I’d fall and hurt myself if mommy or daddy wasn’t there to catch me.
*stand alone well – I want to but not yet.
*say one word other than mama or dada – Not yet, but I’m making tons of sounds.
*repspond to one step commands – When cruising, if mommy or daddy say come here I will go there, does that count?
