This must have been the best sup call ever!

 

Ok, not my sup call, but almost wish it had been. I am surprised Dave(the sup who took the call) was able to keep a straight face through the entire thing.

So what was the sup call about? Well, the agent who first took the call, called the customer “sir”. I guess he called the customer sir about three times in the call. Why was the customer upset about this? Was it because it was a woman? NO! Was it because he asked to called by his first name or called Mister? NO!

Yup, I think you guessed it and why I can’t imagine Dave keeping a straight face. The customer was a Transvestite!! and wanted to be called ma’am!!!!!

ROTFLMAO!!!!!
